Abstract

This paper contains three examples of pedagogical development that derive from my own experiences as a university teacher. The examples concern constructive alignment, cooperation and co-teaching, and finally research-based teaching and a good learning environment. These examples are discussed in relation to pedagogical theories and are critically evaluated – what have I learned as a teacher?
