Att handleda och inkludera normbrytande doktorander

Abstract

As higher education is increasingly democratized by broadened recruitment, we can observe a larger proportion of students and faculty who challenge the norms of maleness, heteronormativity and whiteness that have long characterized academic spaces. In this article, previous research and preliminary results are presented and discussed with the aim of exploring how doctoral supervisors can work proactively to include norm-breaking doctoral students.
